WEEKLY REFLECTION 27/10/2025 to 31/10/2025 Monday to Friday  The second week of my internship was constructive and helped me grow more confident in my teaching abilities. I became more familiar with the classroom routines and the learning styles of the students. Throughout the week, I handled my assigned periods regularly and prepared lessons that matched the learners’ needs. I focused on creating clear explanations and using simple examples to ensure that every student understood the concepts. I also had the opportunity to take substitution periods, which helped me practise managing different classes. Interacting with new groups of students improved my classroom management skills and helped me build a better rapport with them. I noticed that students were becoming more comfortable with my teaching style and were responding actively during discussions. This week gave me a clearer understanding of the responsibilities of a teacher. It encouraged me to plan more effectively, reflect ...

Internship Phase 2 21/10/2025 to 25/10/2025 Monday to Friday  This week marked one of the most meaningful stages of my Phase 2 Internship, as I continued my classroom teaching with more confidence and clarity. Throughout the week, I focused on improving my lesson delivery, time management, student engagement, and classroom interaction. Each day provided new learning experiences that helped me understand the real essence of teaching. During the lessons, I concentrated on clear explanations, step-by-step presentation, and questioning techniques that encouraged students to think independently. I used simple examples, board work, and short discussions to make each topic easier for learners to understand. Students responded positively, and their active involvement motivated me to refine my teaching further. Their doubts, observations, and participation helped me realize the importance of creating a comfortable learning environment in every class. I also made efforts to closely obs...

WEEKLY REFLECTION  6/10/2025 to 10/10/2025 Monday to Friday  This final week of my internship was a meaningful and reflective experience. Since it was the last phase of my teaching practice, I focused completely on classroom activities, completing my lessons, and supporting students as much as possible. Each day helped me recognise how much I have grown in confidence, teaching ability, and classroom management over the course of the internship. Throughout the week, I continued observing classes handled by different teachers. I paid closer attention to their teaching styles, student interactions, and methods of dealing with classroom challenges. These observations helped me refine my own approach and understand the importance of patience, clarity, and adaptability in teaching. I also handled several substitution periods, giving me the opportunity to manage classes independently. During these sessions, I guided students with their classwork, clarified doubts, and ensured the ...

WEEKLY REFLECTION 29/9/2025 to 4/10/2025 Monday to Saturday  This week of my internship was fully focused on classroom teaching and observation. Each day helped me understand the flow of school routines and gave me meaningful opportunities to learn through direct interaction with students. I observed several classes handled by different teachers. Watching their teaching styles helped me understand how to introduce topics clearly, use the blackboard effectively, and keep students attentive. I also noticed how teachers handled discipline gently but firmly, which gave me practical ideas for my own teaching. I received multiple substitution periods this week. During these times, I supervised the class, guided students with their work, and clarified their doubts. Managing the class independently helped me build confidence and improve my communication skills. I learned the importance of giving clear instructions and maintaining a calm atmosphere so students stay focused. My own teaching ...
