WEEKLY REFLECTION 27/10/2025 to 31/10/2025 Monday to Friday  The second week of my internship was constructive and helped me grow more confident in my teaching abilities. I became more familiar with the classroom routines and the learning styles of the students.  Internship Phase 2 21/10/2025 to 25/10/2025 Monday to Friday  This week marked one of the most meaningful stages of my Phase 2 Internship, as I continued my classroom teaching with more confidence and clarity. Throughout the week, I focused on improving my lesson delivery, time management, student engagement, and classroom interaction. Each day provided new learning experiences that helped me understand the real essence of teaching. Each day helped me understand the flow of school routines and gave me meaningful opportunities to learn through direct interaction with students. I observed several classes handled by different teachers. Watching their teaching styles helped me understand how to introduce topics clearly, use the blackboard effectively, and keep students attentive. I also noticed how teachers handled discipline gently but firmly, which gave me practical ideas for my own teaching. I received multiple substitution periods this week.
